2.1 Research Papers and Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable research papers, reports, and educational materials are final once the content has been accessed or downloaded. We do not offer refunds for digital downloads unless:
- The downloaded file is corrupted and cannot be opened or accessed properly
- The content delivered is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase
- You were unable to access the content due to technical issues on our end
If you encounter any of the above issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with details of the problem to request a refund.
2.2 Premium Content Subscriptions
For monthly or annual subscriptions to our premium content:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
- Cancellation will stop future billing but will not generate a refund for the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to the subscription content until the end of your current billing period
- If you cancel within 14 days of initial subscription (for annual plans only), you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion
3. Online Courses and Educational Programs
For structured online courses or educational programs offered through our platform:
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
- After 14 days, or if you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, no refunds will be provided
- For multi-module courses, once you have started a module beyond the introductory content, that module is considered accessed
- Technical issues that prevent access to course content should be reported immediately and may qualify for an extension or refund at our discretion
To request a refund for a course, please contact us with your order number and reason for the refund request.
4. Consulting Services and Custom Research
For consulting services, custom research projects, or personalized advisory services:
- Deposits or initial payments for custom work are non-refundable once work has commenced
- If a project is canceled before work begins, a full refund will be provided
- For ongoing consulting arrangements, unused prepaid hours may be refunded at our discretion
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund
5. Events and Webinars
5.1 Live Events and Webinars
For registration fees paid for live events, workshops, or webinars:
- Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the scheduled event
- 50% refunds are available between 14 days and 7 days before the event
- No refunds are available within 7 days of the event
- If we cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to the rescheduled date
5.2 Recorded Events
Purchases of recorded event content follow the same policy as digital downloads (see section 2.1).
6. Merchandise
For physical merchandise or promotional items:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt if items are in new, unused condition with original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item
- For defective items, please contact us with photos of the defect within 7 days of receipt
